This website is operated by TurboTide. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to TurboTide. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Online store

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and pricing

We try to display product colors, images and descriptions as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that your screen will display colors exactly. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors; if we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments and/or PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

5. Product use

Always read and follow the instructions and safety warnings included with the product. Do not point the spray at people or animals, and keep the battery and charger away from water while charging.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TurboTide is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Your use of our store is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
