Refund policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your TurboTide product. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return, replacement or refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, stops working because of a manufacturing defect, or is not what you ordered, email us at retamarket.mx@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We will send you a free replacement or a full refund — you will not pay any return shipping.

Changed your mind

You can return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first at retamarket.mx@gmail.com so we can give you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (or your damage/defect claim is approved), we will email you and issue the refund to your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days; your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show it.

Exceptions

Items that show signs of misuse, accidental damage or modification are not eligible for a refund.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except when the item was damaged, defective or wrong.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
